Mémoire-projet : Création d’une ferme pédagogique / polyvalente

Avant de se lancer en tant qu’indépendant ou dirigeant d’une société il est important de bien appréhender le milieu dans lequel nous souhaitons évoluer. En l’occurrence, la création d’une ferme pédagogique dans le monde agricole d’aujourd’hui représente un défi de taille. Dans ce mémoire-projet, nous accompagnerons un futur dirigeant d’entreprise désirant créer une société à des fins de reconversion professionnelle. Nous allons donc dans un premier temps construire un business model canevas, analyser la concurrence et définir une stratégie commerciale à appliquer pour le développement de la société. Dans un second temps, nous allons élaborer son plan financier, élément essentiel afin de déterminer si le projet est envisageable réellement ou non. Before starting a business, it is important to understand the environment in which we wish to evolve. In this case, the creation of an educational farm in today's agricultural world represents a major challenge. In this project, we will accompany a future director who wishes to create a company for professional reconversion purposes. We will first build a business model, analyze the competition and define a commercial strategy to apply for the development of the company. In a second step, we will elaborate a financial plan, an essential element to conclude if the project is really feasible or not.
