Bruegel, EU think tank in the EU multi-level governance

Ce working paper analyse les répertoires d'actions de Bruegel, think tank européen impliqué dans une gouvernance multi-niveaux. En tant que cas "clé", l'analyse de Bruegel nous permets de remonter aux développement historique et conceptuel des think tanks au sein de l'Union Européenne. Considéré comme des agents de connaissance, nous nous interesserons à la manière dont ce think tank mobilise la "connaissance" ou fait scientifique pour infuencer le débat public.

(eng) This working paper aims to analyze the repertoire of actions of Bruegel, EU think tanks involved in a multi-level governance. As key case, the analysis of Bruegel allows us to go back to the historical and conceptual development of think tanks in the European Union. Considered as knowledge agents, we will focus on the way that think tanks mobilize “knowledge” or scientific facts to have influence on the public debate.
