Most economic theories assume that consumers are rational. But in many cases, this is not verified. Procrastination is an example of a non-rational behavior. We will discuss here the existence of procrastination in the fitness sector. We will try to understand why people procrastinate and won't show up at the gym. We will also discuss contracts similar to the ones fitness companies use.
