Modified Anderson model taking into account effective masses change at the heterojunction

The resolution of current equations in a model which combines diffusion in the depletion zones and emission at the interface requires the introduction of a dimensionless parameter. This parameter is related to the effective mass and leads to a relation I-V similar to that of Anderson.
