Dynamic modelling of power electronic converters using a describing function like approach

In this paper we present a simple and straightforward method for obtaining global dynamical models of automatic control systems using a power electronic converter as a power amplifier. The method relies on an approach which is quite similar to the classical describing function technique and applies to a large class of systems.
