Right-handed nu /sub mu / neutrinos and the mu /sup +/-/ rarr e/sup +/-/+ gamma decays

The existence of a V+A charged lepton current coupling the right-handed nu /sub mu / neutrino and an electron with an effective strength an order of magnitude smaller than the conventional coupling of the left-handed nu /sub mu / neutrino and electron is assumed. This coupling can give the branching ratio of mu /sup +/- / rarr e/sup +/-/ gamma as large as the present limit 2.2*10/sup -8/.
