Un homme de 65 ans, victime du COVID en mars 2020 y survit avec de lourdes séquelles fonctionnelles, notamment oculomotrices et vestibulaires. L'étiologie reste difficile. La démarche diagnostique est rendue compliquée en raison du contexte.
