Migration, a complex phenomenon

la migration est un phénomène complexe; ses dynamiques exigent une analyse systémique qui dépasse une vision démographique, économique ou spatiale. Elle inclut la prise en compte de comportements individuels dans cette prise de décision et considère comment ceux-ci évoluent avec le temps et évoluent les uns vis-à-vis des autres. la première partie de l'article analyse la migration à partir d'une approche des systèmes complexes et la seconde applique cette approche aux mouvements migratoires inter-régionaux du Sénégal (1960-1980)

(eng) Migration is a complex phenomenon. the dynamics of which demand a systems analysis which goes beyond demographic, economic and spatial considetorations, to include the fact of individual behaviour in decision making and at the same time takes into account how these change with time and affect each other. The first part of this article puts forward a sustemic and complex view of the migratory process. The second part applies this approach to the interregional migratory flows in Senegal (1960-1980)
