The treatment of necrobiosis lipoidica has always been considered difficult, most often inefficacious. Nevertheless, at the présent time, new thérapies seem to offer promising results : topical : tacrolimus ointment (Protopic
®) and systemic : UVA phototherapy, dynamic phototherapy, thalidomide, ciclosporine, and mainly and most probably biologicals. © Nouv Dermatol 2012.
