Psychosomatic Approach of Diagnosis

There is a lack of scientific literature relating to the diagnostic guidelines in psychosomatic diseases. Therefore, the authors propose a specific diagnostic approach for psychosomatic diseases issued from the conceptualisation of their own practice. This approach includes: circunstances of examination, chronology of events, ways for the presentation of the patient and his pathology, types of paraclinic investigations, background of the consultation, chronic diseases, semiology of masqued psychiatric diseases, secondary gains and a minimal caracteriology.
