Theoretical and experimental results concerning cross-polarization phenomena, obtained within the framework of the project, on the influence of wind, raindrop size and canting angle distribution; on the contribution of incoherent scattering and on the effect of cross-polarization on the quality of digital radiolinks are reviewed.
