Heenen-Wolff, Susann
First the author traces the career of a Jewish woman hidden from the Nazis as a child in Belgium. In later life she re-experienced the traumatic events of her childhood in the form of a deferred response taking place in the course of a paranoid/hallucinatory episode. The author delineates the nature of the "reminiscence" characterized by this episode.
