ReflectOn : building a mobile application that optimally supports employees’ learning and reflection

The goal of this master thesis is to enhance the existing ReflectOn web application by developing a mobile application extension that supports both iOS and Android mobile phones. This mobile application will give the employees the ability to reflect anyplace, at any time. Also it will give their coaches and supervisors the ability to view their reflections and give a feedback by adding comments on the reflections.
