Multiple Sclerosis is a rare disease but has a huge impact on a person’s life. Epidemiologic data for Belgium is scarce because of the inexistence of a national registry of MS. Our aim is to describe the age of onset and quality of life with the disease. We will do a retrospective of clinical series research on the disease’s evolution. This research was investigated on 2109 patients to describe the profile of MS when the age at onset and/or diagnosis is before 20. A second analysis to evaluate the quality of life was taken of 27 patients out of the 2109 patients. 14.1% of patients has their age at onset and 8.8% has their age at diagnosis before 20 years old. The percentage of patients with the age at onset and/or diagnosis before 20 was higher than usual. The score on quality of life investigated increased over time, except for the physical score. However, the difference between the different periods didn’t show a significative result.
