This paper proposes the construction of a Master Surgical Schedule (MSS) base on real data from the GHdC hospital. It explains the mathematical model built to deliver this optimized schedule, which aims to enhance operational efficiency. The outputs of the implementation of this model includes a schedule for each operating theater from Monday to Friday, organized by both doctors and disciplines. The primary focus of the model was to minimize operating periods, especially in the evening, to maximize the use of the entire day, to minimize the room used by a specialities etc.
