Perceptie van de nascholing van leerkrachten Nederlands in het hoger secundair onderwijs in de Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles

(dut) In de context van het “Pacte pour un Enseignement d’Excellence” zal het nascholingsbeleid in de Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles hervormd worden. In die context heb ik een kwantitatief onderzoek gevoerd dankzij een vragenlijst opgesteld met de hulp van de Taalunie. De bedoeling van dit onderzoek is de perceptie van de nascholing van de leerkrachten Nederlands in het hoger secundair onderwijs in de Fédération Wallonie- Bruxelles onder de loep te nemen om verbeteringspistes voor te stellen. De resultaten tonen aan dat de leerkrachten Nederlands soms een relatief positieve en soms een relatief negatieve perceptie hebben van de nascholing. Ze voelen toch dat de nascholing niet op hun noden antwoordt. Verder onderzoek is toch nodig om meer parameters te identificeren die op de perceptie van de nascholing spelen.

(eng) In the context of the “Pacte pour un Enseignement d’Excellence” the in-service teacher training policy will be reformed. I have therefore conducted a quantitative study based on an online questionnaire developed with the help of the Taalunie. The aim of this paper is to study the perception of the in-service training followed by Dutch teachers in higher education in the Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles in order to propose improvements. The results show that Dutch teachers sometimes have a rather positive and sometimes a rather negative image of the in-service teacher training. They feel that it does not meet their needs. Further research is necessary to determine more parameters that influence this perception.
