Analyse interactionnelle de la parole spontanée sur scène : la préférence en improvisation théâtrale

(fre) Ce travail analyse la réalisation d’actes de langage préférentiels et non préférentiels dans un corpus constitué de trois spectacles d’improvisation théâtrale captés à Bruxelles, dont un ensemble d’extraits a été annoté par des improvisateurs chevronnés. Dans un premier temps, cette recherche exploratoire tente de caractériser les liens entre les principes, enseignements et valeurs de l’improvisation et les règles de la conversation, commentant au passage la notion de refus en improvisation. Ensuite, est présenté le corpus d’improvisations, captés et transcrites pour le mémoire. Pour finir, des extraits remarquables de notre corpus captées et transcrites avec les outils de l’analyse conversationnelle pour établir si l’on observe des modifications des règles de préférence dans le contexte du spectacle d’improvisation.

(eng) This thesis analyses the realisation of (dis-)prefered speech acts in a corpus made of three theatrical improvisation shows recorded in Brussels, Belgium and of which a set of extracts were annotated by seasoned improvisers. Firstly, this exploratory research attempts to characterise links within the principles, values and teachings of improv and the principles of conversation, commenting in passing on the notion of refusal in improv shows. Then, the corpus of improvisations, captured and transcribed for the thesis, is presented. Finally, significative extracts from our corpus are transcribed and analysed with the tools of conversational analysis to establish whether there are any modifications to the rules of preference in the context of an improvisation performance.
