Résistances et freins à la mise en œuvre de la pratique féministe intersectionnelle dans un projet d’habitat groupé

Ce mémoire a pour objectif de contextualiser et de comprendre comment et pourquoi des résistances et des freins à la mise en place d’un projet féministe ont émergé dans un projet d’habitat groupé. Le projet Calico est un projet novateur à Forest avec une attention particulière au care et à la prise en compte du genre. Ce projet multipartenaire a fait émerger des tensions entre les différents acteurs et actrices du projet au niveau du féminisme particulièrement. Nous verrons que les résistances pouvaient être causée par une différence de posture de travail communautaire entre les différentes institutions : ici entre la posture socio institutionnelle des partenaires et l’approche sociopolitique que promeut Angela.D, dans un projet basé sur une approche socio institutionnelle. Nous verrons aussi que vis-à-vis des habitant.es d’Angela.D, c’est plutôt le fait de les inclure ou non dans les processus qui les concernent qui fait émerger des tensions. Pour les habitant.es de Calico, le projet d’Angela.D et la définition du féminisme étant flou, cela génère à la fois des frustrations, des questionnements et des craintes. Enfin, au sein d’Angela.D, cela s’est plutôt manifesté par des freins à la mise en oeuvre du projet féministe, principalement sur des questions de gouvernance. This thesis’ objective is to bring out and understand how and why resistances and hindrances to feminism appeared in a cohousing project. Calico is an innovative project in Forest that give special attention to care and gender perspectives. This project gathers many institutions and has brought to surface tensions between then especially regarding feminism. We will see that those resistance can be caused by different position regarding community work: the partners being in a socio institutional approach and Angela.D promoting a Sociopolitical approach, in a project based on a socio institutional approach. We will also find out that for the Angela.D inhabitants, it is more about being included or not in the processes that concerns them. For the inhabitants of the project in general Angela.D’s project and feminism are unclear to them, so those are the main reasons why it generates frustrations, questioning and fears. Finally, in Angela.D, those hindrances in the implementation of the feminist project emerged mainly because of disagreement regarding governance.
