The Together4Water initiative wants to create a website to dynamically visualize and collect water-related data in Tunisia. To achieve this goal, the initiative combines historical data and data collected via smart-phones by citizens in the framework of citizen science. In this thesis, a website is created for the initiative and presented with an explanation of the implementation choices and technologies used. After that, future possibilities of extensions or improvements are presented. The running website is available at https://2gether4water.sipr.ucl.ac.be/
