Comparaison des méthodes GLM et basées sur des arbres en tarification automobile

Le travail consiste d'une part à la modélisation de la fréquence des sinistres à partir des modèles GAM, BAGGING, RANDOM FOREST, et GBM tout en portant une attention particulière sur l'impact du zonier (représenté par les variables Longitudes et Latitude), et d'autre part, de mettre en offset dans un modèle des méthodes d'ensembles une prédiction d'un modèle GAM afin de tenter d'améliorer pour cette méthode d'ensemble non seulement son pouvoir prédictif mais aussi sa capacité à fournir une carte géographique assez informative. The work consists on the one hand to modelize the claims frequency from several models such as GAM, BAGGING, RANDOM FOREST and GBM while paying particular attention to the impact of zonier (Represented by variables named Longitude and Latitude), and on the other hand, to put a GAM predictions as an offset in one of the ensemble methods, in oder to try to improve for that ensemble method both prédictions performance and ability to provide a geographic map quite informative.
