Variable Annuity with Guaranteed Lifelong Withdrawal Benefit

Nous nous intéressons en particulier dans ce mémoire à la garantie de type retrait viager (GLWB) des Variables annuities. Cette garantie a la particularité d’offrir à l’assuré des retraits minimum jusqu’au décès ou au rachat du contrat (le "Lapse option"), indépendamment de la valeur de l’épargne. Tout en considérant le "Lapse option", notre problématique s’articule ainsi autour d’une question spécifique : comment évaluer les garanties de type retrait viager (GLWB) avec option de rachat dans les produits de variable annuities ? Cette préoccupation fera l’objet essentiel de ce travail ou nous proposerons un modèle pour l’évaluation des GLWB avec option de rachat. L’objectif spécifique étant d’essayer d’évaluer ces garanties de type retrait viager avec option de rachat à l’aide de produits dérivés, spécialement d’option Bermudienne donnée à l’assuré via un algorithme, la méthode Least Squares Monte Carlo (LSM). In this work, we are particularly interested in the Lifelong Withdrawal Benefit Guarantee (GLWB) of Annuity Variables. This guarantee has the particularity of offering to the insured a minimum withdrawal until death or surrender of the policy (the "Lapse option"), regardless of the value of the savings. While considering the "Lapse option", our question is therefore structured around a specific issue: how to evaluate Lifelong Withdrawal Benefit Guarantees (GLWB) with surrender option in variable annuity? This concern will be the main focus of this study where we will propose a model for the valuation of GLWBs with a lapse option. The specific objective is to try to value these lifelong withdrawal guarantees with surrender option using derivatives, especially Bermudian options given to the insured via an algorithm, the Least Squares Monte Carlo (LSM) method.
